Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing BORO SAUCE. We are committed to crafting and delivering the highest quality specialty sauces from our kitchen to your table. Since all of our sauces are made in small batches, we handle every order with precision and care.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST are typically processed the following business day.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately after your purchase. You will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Packaging and Handling

 

Given the nature of our glass bottles, we take extra care in packaging:

  • Secure Packaging: All sauces are packaged in specialized, tested shippers designed to prevent breakage and damage during transit.

  • Perishables: BORO SAUCE products are shelf-stable before opening. They do not require refrigerated shipping.

 

4. Domestic Shipping Policy (USA)

 

  • We ship to all 50 states within the United States.

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please use a physical street address for delivery.

 

5. International Shipping (If Applicable)

 

  • At this time, BORO SAUCE ships only within the United States. We plan to expand our global reach soon. Please subscribe to our newsletter for international launch announcements.

 

6. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Orders

 

BORO SAUCE is responsible for your package until it is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Damaged Goods: If you receive your order with damaged bottles, please send photos of the damage to [Your Customer Service Email] within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly process a replacement order at no cost to you.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered incorrectly by the carrier (e.g., delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer). If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the courier service immediately to file a claim.
